Cleaning with Natural Cleaners
Exposure to toxic cleaners can lead to many many health problems such as respiratory issues, skin irritation, headaches, dizziness, hormone issues, and even cancer. It is important to use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible to protect both your health and the environment. I will include some recipes but it is so simple!

When you clean with essential oils you not only avoid toxin chemicals but you gain so many benefits - You with have clearer breathing, your mood will be boosted, and you will feel energized!

Detox from toxins
Detoxification is the process of removing toxins from the body. Some ways to detox include drinking plenty of water, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly. I love to detox in a bath with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of epsom salts, and 5-10 drops of purify essential oil blend - Sometimes I can actually feel the toxins leaving my body! I do this whenever I have been exposed to extra chemicals. Like I recently had do go under anesthesia for a procedure and as soon as I could I did this bath. My mother who recently had knee surgery cannot get in the bath so I did this mix in a foot bath for her!

I use Lemon or Wild Orange for everything - I love having a spray bottle with ½ white vinegar ½ water and 10 drops each of Lemon and Peppermint - it cleans everything - the same mix but add it to baking soda to make a paste to scrub! The Abode cleaning line is AMAZING - the oil is a must have to diffuse and clean the air - btw you will get a free diffuser with this order (anything over 150PV)! Citrus Bloom and Adaptive not only decrease occasional depressive and occasional anxious feelings but they also smell amazing! The Onguard Detergent uses oils and enzymes to get your clothes clean (we also have abode pods that are great too) I included abode cleaning concentrate - 2 of them and a spray bottle! I love that one of the eco friendly things about the concentrate is that we do not ship water - You will just add the small bottle to water in a spray bottle and clean all of your surfaces!
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
YESSSSS even with cleaning - try to reduce the waste by using less disposable containers and paper products and more things that can be used over and over again! I love an old t shirt cut up or reusing a towel that has seen better days! The glass bottles doterra has are pretty awesome and look sexy too! Dryer balls are another key item - you can drop a few drops of your favorite oil onto them too! I love citrus bliss or serenity oil blends in my dryer!
